The digital transformation is a central challenge for companies, Industry as well as Small or Medium Enterprises.

Increasing data amounts as well as communication possibilities have increasing importance in particular for companies with several locations. Several cloud services are often used here, and, in connection with the management of the data, complex IT structures with extensive demands for management and authorisations of the users result.
On the basis of its cloud integration services, Raiffeisen Informatik has now implemented a specific integrative system for an international affiliated group. Via an “Identity Management“, the globally active business can thereby manage employees as well as issue access authorities for cloud services and further IT services. This centrally organised authorisation system extends over all organisation units and creates documented transparency for example for auditors.

Documented assignment of rights
So that only authorised persons can access sensitive data, an “Authentication Service" was integrated, where for example the access to cloud services is secure and this independently of the provider, operating system or in which country these services are used. By means of an "Identity Federation", the group additionally received a type of bridge for the transmission of identities that ensures a web-based use via all cloud providers.
"With our ‘cloud integration services' we provide a secure and efficient management of combined cloud services, including documented assignment of rights", says Wilhelm Doupnik, CEO of Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH.

Any time and anywhere
An industry where digitalisation has already initiated extensive transformations are the media. Many segments and business models have by now migrated to the net and are handled digitally up to the process. One area that has been detected at an early stage by this development is the advertising business, as for cars, homes, jobs adverts or private sales.
At any time, sales offers can be made or purchases can be completed from anywhere. In order that online market places such as willhaben.at function smoothly, appropriate payment methods are also necessary. "Analogous" forms of payment such as advance payment or direct debit reach their limits here.

User experience
The Styria Media Group relies on the direct method SOFORT Transfer (SOFORT Überweisung) with willhaben.at and other digital platforms, where transactions with real-time confirmation in seconds, easy registration procedures and nevertheless highest security standards are guaranteed.
“For all digital business models applies: Finally the offers with the best ‘user experience’ pull through, and the same goes for the payment. Internet payments must be secure, fast and easy. SOFORT Transfer (SOFORT Überweisung) is ideally suited for this", explains Ralph Hausegger of the Styria Media Group.
