An entrepreneur from Reisenberg goes to provides small companies as a mobile assistant.

Andrea Metzker from Reisenberg in Lower Austria has reacted to the increasing number of sole traders and very small companies. She offers her services as a mobile office assistant. In this way, she relieves the respective companies from office work, so that they can concentrate on their core business.
This service is very well received. “Very small businesses often cannot afford their own office staff,” explains Metzker. “However, the administrative work must be dealt with and thus challenges many. I support here, and I either visit the company or carry out the work from my office.” Furthermore, she can cover personnel shortages and work peaks in larger companies.

The service of the sole proprietor comprises the entire office spectrum. Her offer ranges from post processing, correspondence, filing, invoicing, reminders and preparation of documents for the accountant to the organisation of business trips. Metzker additionally organises a filing system and trains existing staff.
The customers are located within a radius of up to one hour driving time in Vienna as well as the districts of the Vienna area, Baden and Bruck an der Leitha. An hour of mobile assistance is available starting at 40 Euro.
